Terms and Conditions
 
The team at Becky Boo's will offer support and advise leading up to your event. This may be by post, email or telephone. In certain circumstances a face to face meeting is advised - this is particularly recommended for wedding flower orders and is free of charge.
 
We shall make our best effort to supply the goods requested, but we reserve the right to supply similar goods, colours/shades.
 
Sample sashes will be posted as standard for your approval and signature for all chair cover orders.
 
We will liaise with you and your chosen venue to arrange access for dressing the room. All tables and chairs to be dressed must be laid out and ready at the agreed time. Becky Boo's staff are not insured to lift or arrange furniture. If the room is not available or ready for dressing at the agreed time, Becky Boo's will where-ever possible return at a later time to dress the room. A return will incurr an additional travel cost which will be invoiced to the hirer. If it is not possible to return due to other bookings, or we are not able to gain access, or the furniture is not set up Becky Boo's cannot be held responsible and no refund will be offered. Please make sure you have given the venue management clear instructions on arrival times and how the room should be laid out.
 
On the day of the event, we will arrive with freshly laundered and pressed covers. Our team will fit and dress your chairs with our covers and finish them with organza bows or draped satin sashes as required.
 
After your event, we will arrange collection of goods.
 
The hirer, not the venue management is responsible for missing or damaged covers and sashes whilst on loan. A charge of £10.00 will be made for each damaged or lost chair cover, table-overlay, runner or swag. Damaged/missing sashes will be charged at £1.00 per sash. This fee covers replacement of said items. Reasonable soiling which can be removed through laundering is expected and will not incur charges. Where chair covers cannot be cleaned through normal laundering a replacement charge will be made. The hirer accepts responsibility for all damages and losses and agrees to reimburse the company for replacement goods. Chair covers can be booked with or without the optional sashes at the same hire rate.
 
Bookings are not confirmed until we have received the non-refundable £50.00 booking fee. All goods must be paid for in full at least one calendar month prior to the event. Cancellations notified in writing (emails accepted) will incur the following charges; over six weeks prior to the event 30% of the order value. Less than six weeks 50% of the order value; less than 4 weeks prior to the event 100% of the order value is charged. A £50.00 returnable security deposit is added to your final balance. The security deposit will normally be returned within 14 days of the event, subject to the conditions laid out above.
